Her work covers workforce composition, leadership, productivity, learning and development, succession, engagement, performance and other critical dimensions of human capital sustainability.
Across more than 18 countries, Suhair has led and advised on human capital strategy and transformation, organizational and workforce planning, performance management, talent and succession management, employee engagement, competency frameworks, learning and development, HR digital maturity, and human capital reporting and analytics. Her approach connects people strategy with business priorities, operational performance and long-term organizational capability.
Since 2014, Suhair has worked closely with boards, CEOs, CHROs and executive leadership teams, providing advisory, coaching and practical implementation support. While her work has a strong focus on cement and heavy-emitting industries, her advisory experience also extends across government, banking, healthcare, real estate, information technology and non-profit organizations, bringing cross-industry perspectives into complex human capital challenges.
A significant part of Suhair's work focuses on building the capabilities required for industrial transformation. She designs and delivers executive, management and professional development programs covering human capital management, leadership, performance, talent, ISO 30414, workforce capability and organizational transformation. At A³&Co.®, she has contributed to major engineer and workforce transformation programs designed specifically for the cement industry, integrating technical development with the competencies, behaviours and management capabilities required for sustainable industrial performance.
As Chief of People & BD at A³&Co.®, Suhair leads the firm's Human Capital advisory and capability-development practice, supporting organizations in building measurable, future-ready human capital systems and developing the people and leadership capabilities required to navigate industrial transformation and the transition toward a more sustainable, net-zero future.
