Mohammed Fahmy is an industrial sustainability and project management expert with more than 18 years of experience across the cement industry, combining extensive operational knowledge with expertise in sustainability, decarbonization, digital transformation, and multidisciplinary project delivery across the Middle East and Africa. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, complementing his industrial background with a structured approach to project leadership, coordination, and execution.
At A³&Co., Mohammed leads and coordinates special projects at the intersection of industrial operations, sustainability, and transformation. He works across technical disciplines and business functions to translate complex advisory programs into structured implementation activities, coordinating stakeholders, assessments, data requirements, and project deliverables from initial engagement through execution.
Mohammed plays an active role in A³&Co.’s decarbonization and sustainability engagements, contributing to GHG emissions baselining, plant and operational assessments, decarbonization pathways, and Green Built Environment initiatives. His work spans multiple dimensions of industrial transformation, requiring close coordination across operations, energy, materials, environmental performance, finance, and management to connect sustainability ambitions with practical implementation.
He also contributes to A³&Co.’s Digital Maturity engagements, supporting industrial assessments and the evaluation of operational and organizational readiness for digital transformation. This cross-functional exposure provides him with a practical understanding of how technology, data, operational performance, sustainability, and organizational capabilities come together within complex transformation programs.
Mohammed’s advisory experience is underpinned by a strong technical foundation developed through hands-on roles across cement plant operations and technical services. His experience includes maintenance and rotary equipment alignment, quarry surveying, material inventory management, and Health, Safety and Environment systems—giving him a grounded understanding of plant realities, operational priorities, and implementation constraints.
Combining industrial experience, sustainability expertise, and project management capabilities, Mohammed supports organizations in translating transformation objectives into structured and executable initiatives, bridging the gap between strategic direction and on-the-ground implementation.
